A husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and friend. Uncle Timmy was humble, loyal, giving, and deeply loved. He served with strength, showed up for the people he loved, and gave quietly without ever needing credit.
After September 11th, he served at Ground Zero in the aftermath of the attacks. He passed away on June 17, 2026 from a 9/11-related illness.
/ More about Uncle Timmy
Uncle Timmy was so much more. He was an avid fisherman who felt most at home on the water. All he ever wanted was to build a life doing what he loved, and that is exactly what he set out to do.
In 2006, Uncle Timmy and his best friend, Dean, caught a 540-pound swordfish — a catch that still holds the New York State record. It was an incredible accomplishment and a perfect reflection of the life he loved.
Some of my favorite childhood memories are the simplest ones: swimming in the backyard, grilling, laughing, and spending time together. Those moments were some of the best parts of my childhood, and they mean even more to me now.
His legacy is one of service, humility, family, and love.
Forever remembered. Forever honored.
